This website describes the Carpathian Cabins project, a planned Passivhaus and Net-Zero micro-resort in Porumbacu de Sus, Romania. Information provided here, including financial projections and descriptions of the Security Token Offering (STO), is published for general informational purposes. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, securities in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation is unlawful. Any investment decision must be made on the basis of the formal offering documents and any legally binding agreement signed directly between you and the issuer.

Signing up to the founding list or the whitepaper list does not create a booking, reservation, or contract of any kind. Priority booking access, founders reward entries, and any promotional offers are granted at our discretion and may be subject to separate terms that you will accept at the time of booking.

All text, images, logos, and other materials on this site are the property of Carpathian Cabins or the respective rights holders. You may view the site and share individual pages. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish material from the site for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Third-party content

The site embeds content from third-party services, including Vimeo for the hero videos and our partners BIOBUILDS and Porumbacu Garden for reference imagery. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or their privacy practices.
